MVP Dairy is looking for an Assistant Dairy Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our dairy in Celina, Ohio. Working alongside the Dairy Manager, this position helps oversee animal care, herd health, milking operations, employee development and overall dairy performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dairy experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of herd management, reproduction, milk quality and animal health. A degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in developing people, solving problems and continuously improving dairy operations. Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 55–65 hours per week based on operational needs

Position Summary: The Assistant Dairy Manager supports the Dairy Manager in the daily operation of the dairy. This position helps oversee animal care, employee supervision, milking operations, feeding coordination, herd health, facility maintenance, and compliance with company safety and animal welfare standards. The Assistant Dairy Manager leads by example, ensuring that employees have the training, tools, and support necessary to achieve production, quality, and animal care goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
